I’ve always been an observer of how people misconstrue the actions of others, and how we humans so easily allow our own biases to cloud how we see others. I, however, am supposed to be the disconnected observer, above all of the human pitfalls. This week, I took some time to look in the mirror and had to take a big swallow when I observed what I did.
