What’s one question that all managers face in managing employees:

…can I make mistakes with my employees and still be effective in managing them?

Note: Some mistakes are illegal…become familiar with the federal and state employment laws.

The mistakes I’m talking about are human in nature….being too busy to focus and listen to your employees.

In case you want to work at home, then you have to be prepared for the daily grind. We all think that working at home is easy, obviously, the comforts of home is a plus for anyone who has a home-based business. Although a home based business can be relatively comfortable, there is also a lot of hard work involved here.

There is something to be said about being able to take advantage of overhead space if you have it available to you. When you are talking about available space in your kitchen, the best thing you can do to maximize your kitchen experience is to use the space wisely. Instead of breaking your back to bend down into your lower cabinets for your cooking utensils, hang them up by using lovely pot racks! They’re a great choice for adding to your kitchen space.
